Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

SHIPPING TIME

Denmark: 2–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
International: 7–14 business days

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

MINA BEAUTY is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
